Day One

• I fed the animals, by myself.
• I went on a milk run.
• There was a momentary issue with an escapee goat, but I corralled her back to where she was supposed to be with surprisingly little ado.
• I got shocked by the electric fence. Twice.
• Cricket the tiny dog did not bark at me but instead welcomed me when I arrived.
• I have never felt so much like I belong so quickly. It warms my heart and inspires me.
